Terrible customer service !

I am so irritated!! Unsatisfied with the quality of the dress but also I don't have my money back after returning the item. Double punishment for me. If you don’t have the patience, don’t order from this seller. I had the item returned directly to Macys (poor quality fitting/size is off). And more than 20 days I still haven’t received my refund. Macys declines their responsibility and asks me to contact my bank. If I knew it wasn’t Macys directly I would never order from this seller. He doesn’t answer calls or messages and it’s a shame.

Runs small; requires a quite slim body!!

Must be as slim as the model to get the lovely effect of the website and it was small for me although a 14 and I usually wear a 12 and the stays in the bust area were uncomfortable so I returned.
