Poor customer service

I normally wear a medium. This sweater is cute and well made but the vendor sent me a large. When i contacted the company they told the sizes are European and I should have referred to their size chart. They also told me on the tag it clearly states medium/large. It absolutely did not and I really do not appreciate being blamed for their mistake. I did receive a refund but because of this I will never order from this company again.

wrong sized send twice

Sweaters is nice, but for some reason Desigual sent me sized L when I ordered M. Very upsetting. And now they are out of size M.
