Doesn't eject blade properly

I followed the instructions and used my dermaflash luxe for the first time. I liked how it worked overall BUT when I went to eject the blade, it got stuck and I cannot remove it at all so not sure if defective? But now I cannot use it ...

ALMOST perfect

I love most everything about it. It works well. It doesn’t irritate my face. The only downside is the size of the blade. It’s hard to get it in smaller areas of your face like under /between the eyebrow. I wish they had two different blade sizes or included a small one for those areas. Otherwise it is a great product.

will not turn on! i have charged it a couple of times

i bought two with one charger and not one will turn on. i'm thinking i must have a faulty charger. suggestions? it's the dermaflash luxe

Good but not GREAT

Dermaflash works well. It's not as impressive as most have ranted over. Especially for the price I paid, I would expect it to work a lot better. I use it for facial hair removal, and my hair grew back in a matter of days. I’m still having to use other methods of hair removal. With the amount of money I’ve spent, I’m probably better off investing in laser hair removal.
