Doesn't eject blade properly

I followed the instructions and used my dermaflash luxe for the first time. I liked how it worked overall BUT when I went to eject the blade, it got stuck and I cannot remove it at all so not sure if defective? But now I cannot use it ...

will not turn on! i have charged it a couple of times

i bought two with one charger and not one will turn on. i'm thinking i must have a faulty charger. suggestions? it's the dermaflash luxe

Good but not GREAT

Dermaflash works well. It's not as impressive as most have ranted over. Especially for the price I paid, I would expect it to work a lot better. I use it for facial hair removal, and my hair grew back in a matter of days. I’m still having to use other methods of hair removal. With the amount of money I’ve spent, I’m probably better off investing in laser hair removal.

Good product

I was very skeptical about the Dermaflash but actually I like it a lot. It gets rid of my peach fuzz nicely. The only downside is every time you need to buy replenishment edges you also have to get the preflush and postflush. Can we just buy the replenishment edges please?
