Lights didn’t work

House looked great, was excited until we plugged it in and it didn’t work, didn’t light up. Since Macy’s didn’t have any more, called Dept56 and was able to send it in for warranty, but had to pay to ship it to them.

Griswold House

I would love to give five stars. But when we opened the box the underneath was open and wires were hanging out. Also it can not be turned off unless you unplug it. So that means you have to place the house where the plug can be reached easily. Which is hard with my display.

This is a show stopper! You'll have lots of lights going on your shelf and by adding jut a few accessories, you'll have an entire scene set up. It's well made and it's an easy plug in.
