I am very happy with my Dept 56 Christmas Story Department Store. I recieved it in a very timely manner. I buy many Dept 56 items for my kids fir Christmas and will continue to buy every year.

5 stars all the way!

I think its unfair to give this item anything less than 5 starts, it is a great piece and highly detailed. I believe that the original piece actually said "Higbee's" on the sign but do to licensing they were not able to continue using their logo. Either way this is a must-have piece for fans of the movie/village.

Sign is Wrong

I bought this house in Oct. 2012. The house that was sent to me said "Happy Holiday's" instead do "Higbee's" which is pictured. Macy's sent me a second house and it had the same "Happy Holiday's" sign. If you are looking for the house that is pictured, this is not it!
