Perfect griddle pan

This is a lovely griddle pan. I've not had denby cast iron before and am very happy to have purchased this. Good quality, looks the part and cooks steaks evenly and perfectly :)

Too hard to clean

Cooks very well and gets great griddle lines on steak, but as another customer has already stated it is very difficult to clean - I have tried soaking and scrubbing with a soft scouring sponge but I still haven't managed to get it clean and this is after only 1 use!

Good pan - hard to clean

My wife loves this griddle, but I'm not impressed by how difficult it is to get clean. It's so expensive that I don't want to scour it, but I'm finding it impossible to get all the fat off it. It's very heavy and seems exceptionally well made (I should hope so at the price!) and I have no concerns yet that it won't last as long as our other Denby cast iron pieces.

I would buy this product again

Not the easiest to clean but cooks food fabulously; steak and duck so far
