Beautiful but HUGE

I bought a PXS and it was huge. I'm PXS to PS in most brands. The top is beautiful but I cannot wear it. Wish it came a size smaller.

Pretty but long

Very pretty but the layers are too long for me. I am quite petite. 4'10" and if I cut the bottom layer off, it would be perfect for me. But not sure I want to do that. I'm undecided for now.
