Wouldn't reorder damaged product & do an exchange

We were so excited about this pan. When it arrived the inside box was crunched and when we pulled out the pan, the top edge was bent noticeably inward. Instead of exchanging it and ordering a new one, Macy's said they could only take a return and that we'd have to buy a new one. Unfortunately, we lost a cash back discount in doing so.

Great pan. Don't hesitate.

I've been researching for a while after converting to an induction stove and this pan does the job. Super nonstick, easy to clean-what more could you ask for?

Awesome investment

After buying multiple failures with non-stick pans, we decided to give this a try. It was a bit out of budget for us but I’m confident to say that it was a great investment!

No safety records. Returned my whole set.

Untested safety reports. They never replied to any emails of safety reports or safety testing. I returned all 3 pans and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Great brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan has some heft to it but not too heavy for someone with arthritis such as myself. It seems well constructed and the nonstick surface looks like it will last but can’t be sure until a few years down the road…time will tell.
