The zipper is broken

The tsa zipper pull was broken on my first flight on my first use. I was so worrried using it back since I could not lock it anymore. I am unable to return it since it’s over 30 days now after my vacation. Such a waste of money!

Not carry on

Said carry on but wheels make it too big. I almost missed a flight due to it and huger who really don’t want a suitcase I can’t carry on so wasted my money
