Lock and Charging Dock broken after 3 uses

Purchased luggage in Aug, but did not use it until Nov. The exterior built in charging socket fell of when I started to pack my luggage. After three uses the lock does not work. Macy's would not exchange or give me a new luggage because all returns must be made in 3 months. Macys told me to contact Delsey which I am still unable to contact.

Note the power bank SLEEVE, no actual power bank

I cannot be too mad at this suitcase since I really wanted the larger one (29") and just bought this 21" to match. It comes with a sleeve to put your own power bank, so I was a bit disappointed since I thought it came with its own. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the case. Lots of pockets and compartments, and with TSA lock. I wanted to mention that while I was purchasing this at the store, I saw that the USB ports are exposed (I thought they came like that). I was looking at the other color and noticed that the other suitcases had a rubber cover for the USB ports. Luckily I found one with a cover in blue. I just want to point this out in case that rubber flap comes off easy. I haven't used the bag often enough to see if this is an issue or not.

NO built in power bank

The description clearly says “built in power bank”. That is not true. There is a built in power port, but not the actual bank. You have to buy that separately. Very misleading. Will be returning this.
