Expressing machine

Not so happy with this machine. It does not froth the milk. It turns off before the milk is even warm

Great little machine

I am still using the Stilosa I purchased from you 12/2022, and it is still performing like new. 😊 It does exactly everything I expect making my daily+ lattes, is beautiful and at a price I can afford.My order for a new Stilosa is a backup for future use. Great little machine....thank you DeLonghi.

Lack of basic accessories

I would love to give this product a better review however I was shocked with the amount of plastic used in this machine. Sadly this unit doesn't include a steaming mug of any kind like shown on the box and the 'tamper' is just a plastic stick I wouldn't recommend using.

Broken new in box still no warranty

We purchased the EC260BK (manual espresso) on the 27th of December 2024 and decided to not use it until our kitchen reno finished the first week of March 2025. We set the machine up and...ice cold coffee. What to do? We chased down the warranty with DēLonghi only to be turned down! The serial # we have was made in 2024 and the warranty ended the last day of 2024 (ie 4 days after purchase). Seriously!! We queried whether hypothetically we set it up 1 Jan 2025... aaand were advised the warranty would have been over. Can you believe that! Worse than a best before date... So here we are...bought 27 Dec 2024, set it up 10 March 2025. It was in the box the whole time and DēLonghi turned their back on warranty from date of purchase. We do not have the reciept as it was lost during the reno of the kitchen. Without the receipt we can't go back to the store. However the store itself (WalMart) would not touch it as there is a 30 day window on their returns. Corporate shaft is always expected, but to foster profits so blatantly on consumer shoulders... for shame. We will never purchase a DēLonghi ever again and will caution all family, friends, co-workers, and all those we can reach on social media and cite this story. Buyer beware and our advice before purchasing anything is check the serial number to ascertain the date manufactured and then how this reflects on the warranty policy. Who knew that the warranty would be based on how long the espresso maker would sit on a shelf rather than its purchase date.

Broke shortly after warranty expired.

Bought it year ago and broke one month after warranty expired. The issue is AS00001509 Delonghi Supp Filter Holder+2slding Block Ec1&2 there are two plastic fittings that fail apart and machine is useless. Replacement part is not available in Canada, and cost almost one third of the machine itself.

A ok

At first I wasn’t to certain about how well this product would work because of the low price so I researched and different sites were saying the same, great cup of expresso and at the end of the day I was satisfied. I’ve only started using the product since February.

This was the second machine that I had, unfortunately was not working as well as the first one, the coffe was not creamy like it should be. so we sent it back and purchased a different model.
