Why 3x times the price?

Ordered this machine as a gift for someone in France. Why does it cost 3 times the amount here in the US?

Great machine --- when it works!

We have owned the machine for less than two years and it has been in for repairs twice while under warranty. This last time we were told there is nothing they could do! Waiting to hear back if Delonghi will refund or supply a new machine. :(

Great Coffee Maker

I am pleased with the machine a lot. The instructions written in the book not always descriptive enough. But I called Customer Service and a very knowledgeable and helpful representative walked me through the beginning of setting up machine and it worked perfectly!

I like it… I still wish I had my old DeLonghi Magn

I had a DeLonghi Magnifica that I used from 2009 and it finally died in 2022. Got Magnifica XS to replace. Smaller footprint, pretty. Maybe it just takes time to get used to something new. It makes good foam. I’m not 100% sure I will keep it. Doesn’t hold as many beans, cup warmer doesn’t seem to get warm at all, seems like the espresso shots are pretty short and not as strong even with the dial turned all the way up. Doesn’t hold as much water. Don’t get me wrong, I like the machine but I just liked my old machine better.

great compact expresso machine

This expresso machine is perfect for me. I did not want to purchase another large and bulky machine and this one is the right size. It is easy to use and looks great in my white kitchen. I specifically wanted a silver machine and am so happy I found this one.
