Amazing coffee

The best coffee I’ve had that doesn’t require tampering and scaling. Makes very strong espresso shots for iced drinks and very good hot coffees as well. Literally has everything you need to make whatever drink you want. Also MESS free everything happens inside and all you have to do is empty it out. Had for a year and so far love it

Can’t find parts

Works well but a tab on milk holder broke and it won’t hold together anymore. Can’t find parts. I checked encompass parts and couldn’t find the part. Also noticed that a lot of other parts are not available. Even simple things like the hot water spout. Better not lose that or you are SOL. Please get a better part supplier, or work on what they keep in stock/available. After all the money I spent on this, I hope I don’t have to toss it, because one part failed.

Milk frotter keeps disconnecting wasting coffee

In general ok but not happy that the milk frotter keeps disconnecting. I have sent it to be looked at and they couldn't find the issue. I need to hold the frotter bottle and push it hard otherwise it grainds the coffe and then turns off which waists my coffee beans withouth making coffee . Would definitely buy a different model now that holds the milk bottle better.

Waste of money, waste of water, waste of time...

Waste of money, waste of water, waste of time... this machine always need to clean itself and finally the water tank is always empty and NO working so the coffee is cut by the middle and need to make a now one. Never again with DeLonghi, this is for sure.

Delicious Coffee at the push of a button!

We wanted an easy efficient way to make espresso drinks at home without having to get a PHD. This machine has more than delivered on that and the drinks are on par if not better than a coffee shop. We would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking!
