This review is for the audiobook. I don't know if I hate the FMC or love her, and IDK if I kind of want to hate her b\c of the narrator. The narrator did a PHENOMENAL job! She encapsulates all of the characters and brings a life to this book that it wouldn't normally have. What grated on my nerves is NOTHING that she can control and that is the natural pitch and whine of her voice. The natural cadence gave the FMC a whiney edge that made me want to DNF; BUT I am so glad I didn't. This book is like if The Giver and Hunger Games had a baby! A Pseudo dystopian story about a time where Love is a disease and is curable, and we follow our FMC on the journey from excited to be cured and join a "regular" "normal" society, to falling deeply in love, unearthing mind blowing secrets and opening her mind to a world she never had the courage to even imagine.

Not even finished yet but i love it.
Everytime i pick up this book, i can't put ti down for 2 hours and i end up reading and conspiring instead of doing my homework. It's such an escapance type of book (that's probably not the right word i'm trying to use but oh well.
