Run big go down a half size. My only problem is the elastic on the strap to tie it up hurts on you feet

Beautiful Sandal

Purchased for Father's Day, my husband loved these, purchased in black and brown. They came in the Wide instead of Medium, but the exchange and replacement were seamless.

bamboo inspired sandal

I ordered a size 10 wide in dark brown. It came and my husband and I love it. The only problem is that it is way too big. I returned it to the Macy's store and ordered a size 9 wide in dark brown. It came 1 week later but it is not the same color as the size 10. My husband is very disappointed because he really loved the dark brown color. These sandals tend to run very large. I think my husband fit could be 8 1/2 wide.I think I will return it for the dark brown that I ordered.

Still waiting.

Macy's has requested that I write a review of this product, but I honestly cannot write a positive review. I have yet to receive the item I ordered, which I paid for two weeks ago. According to the UPS tracker the item is delayed in Jacksonville, Florida. It's been there since the 6th of Feb. Today is the 14th. No reason given for the delay.
