Product is great - but no free gift

I have enjoyed using this Estée Lauder product for 20 years. I routinely only buy EL products with free gift with purchase. After going online to search which major stores were offering a free gift, I landed on Macy’s and so happy for the free shipping too. Unfortunately after I paid for the order, I received notification that free gift was out of stock. I tried contacting Macys thru chat but no real resolution given. This was first time (perhaps last) because I don’t trust that when a free gift with purchase is offered that it will actually be available. Still and always love this product and it was the regular usual price …. but have a leery of feeling like I was the object of a bait and switch campaign or poor technical system that does not provide customer with heads up re no free gift available when you purchase.

Keeps your skin youthful

I have been using this moisturizer for over 4 decades. I am now 68 and look like 58! Would never consider trying anything else.
