It really helps to quiet anxiety & intrusive thoughts!

My son takes this spray in the morning and at night. When I remember, I also take it, but in pill form. It really does take the edge off of anxiety and intrusive thoughts when things are flared up. The l-Theanine does not cause grogginess or any unwanted side effects and I find that it also helps with attention and focus during the day. At nights it helps shut down the over thinking and anxiety and promotes a restful sleep.
