Other occasion to buy:It took almost a month for Macy's to issue me a refund for the item that was "in transit" but never was arriving.

Don't buy

Never received the item and never heard from the seller for refund.

Great customer service

I bought a pack of two guns. I started to use the second gun after the warranty expired. It turned out to be faulty so I tried to get a replacement but was denied because the warranty had expired. A couple of months later I received an email from The company stating they would send me a free gun regardless of the expired warranty. I thought that was amazing reflecting they care about their brand and customers. Gun is working great.
