Review

The recliner itself is very comfortable but the mechanism for retracting backward is a bit abrupt especially when you’re holding a newborn baby. This was given to me as a nursing a chair. The mechanism for reclining back to the forward position is also very difficult and hard to get back in. Even my husband had difficulty closing it. Overall comfortable chair to sit in but just hard to open & close.

Not for elders…

The chairs were very attractive and did everything I had hoped for HOWEVER since my husband and I are in our 80’s and 90’s we didn’t have the leg strength to “close” the chairs. Pulling the lever to get them open into recline position was a breeze but closing them was impossible for us. What a shame. I wish Macys had had samples in the store to avoid returns.
