Worth the Commitment
I take this religiously for a very noticeable difference in my health. I have Chrohn’s Disease and once I started a probiotic I am no longer medicated for it. My gastroenterologist told me to take it even if it hurt my belly at first. This was my body balancing to the good bacteria.
