Hasn't arrived

I chose the 3-5 day delivery (a week ago) and shipping tracker is giving me another 5 day estimate of arrival. I have received advertisement emails twice a day since then though.

Not Worth It.

I wish I could write something better. I wanted to love this chain so much. But it appears to not be of quality, especially for the price I paid for it. I wore the chain once and it completely became dirty and the color changed. I then cleaned it, just thinking it needed to be cleaned but it is still not back to the original form. I honestly regret buying jewelry from Macys at this point. I wanted to invest in some quality jewelry and Macys completely let me down. I feel ripped off.

Product okay shipping protection not so much

Got this for my husband and he loves it, I’m frustrated that I paid a lot of money for it to ship in a bag. This is a speedy piece that is expected to be handled with care and I expected some level of care from the manufacturer.
