incorrect washing instructions

I washed this item as per instructions on the label. It shrunk to about 1/2 it's size. Macy's say I have to contact Cupshe for a refund. I bought from Macy's! I would stay away from buying this brand from Macy's since they don't back the product up.

Cheap material

Cupshe.material is very cheap, do not buy from them. This looked like a rag when I received it.
