DO NOT BUY FROM Macy or THIS SELLER CUPSHE

I shopped on line at Macy's and received item which was poor quality. I wanted to return it and Macy's would not take it back stating it was past the 30 day window for Cupshe. I did not order this from Cupshe I ordered it from Macys. I would not have bought it had I known Macys outsources and different rules apply. total garbage and no recourse or support from what was once a quality and reliable store. No wonder it is going under. good ridance!

Don't Buy If You May Need to Return

Poor quality so returned it. Was told since it was sold by CupShe and not Macy's it may take three weeks to get credit on my card but there was no delay when I purchased the item. When did Macy's stop being the seller of things sold on their website?

HELP is needed!

I returned them both to Macy's and they told me to contact the vendor. I cannot find any vendor information for CUPSHE and they only reimbursed me for 1. Please help!
