The Worst!!!

Where to start. First let me say I bought 2 different pairs of earrings and both went back. This pair, I understand they are freshwater pearls and not perfect but they were two different sizes, two different shapes and two different colors. Then they came in a box that said sterling silver, instead of 14 karat gold when I returned them to the counter, even the sales person couldn’t believe they would send them out looking so different. It was ridiculous. I’ve lost total faith in Macy’s jewelry department, and will never order from them online again. The one good thing about this pair of earrings is that at least they came in a box, I bought a more expensive pair that they just put in a baggie and it was bouncing around in the shipping box loose.

One Pearl had 2 lines bedded in the pearl and the other one had 1 line. Couldn’t give me these.

White Lies is just that a lie.

None existence. This is the second items ordered from Macy.. delayed for days and having to call customer service. Promising to return my funds after they figure out where the item is. They reported item was not delivered, yet will not return payment until they can decide where the item is.

Lovely Pearl Earrings

The pearls are a beautiful pinkish shade and perfect size and shape for earrings. They are well made and go well with many different outfits.

Clasp Bad, Warranty Bad

The clasp is vary week and so I lost one earring. This is a beautiful earring but the warranty from 'WorryNoMore' is useless and they are nonchalant about turning folks away. It's an unfortunate waste of money. Macy's should seek another third-party company. It's a bad look for Macy's.
