Not good backing

Not what I thought they would be

Unfortunately, they are kind of cheap looking. Hoping to return. The bottom crystal looks like a disco ball. Did not wear.

Still No Return Label

First and foremost I'm angry that the online return will not work and when I called was told I'd receive a label within 24 hours. The time has passed and I still have no label. I want to return the earrings because I felt they are a bit too glittery. The crystal looks too glitzy and therefore cheap. I did order a different (and more expensive) pair.
