EXTRUDER DID NOT PERFORM AS PROMISED

THE EXTRUDER COLLAPSED THE PASTA. SO WHEN I COOKED THE PASTA IT CAME OUT LIKE A VERY DENSE PIECE OF DOUGH. THE HOLE DIDN'T KEEP THE SHAPE. MY PASTA DOUGH WAS PERFECT. I'M NOT HAPPY WITH IT['S PERFORMANCE AND WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT AND EXCHANGE FOR THE PASTA ROLLER AND CUTTER ATTACHMENT. PLEASE CONTACT ME URGENTLY. THANK YOU.

takes for ever!

VERY SLOW!!!! and it overheated my unit. the spaghetti maker attachment takes hours and hours to work

Fun experimenting!!

Have been experiencing with my extruder...concerned my mixer will overheat but to date, it has not.

Good unit...very difficult to clean.

Yes, it does what it says it's going to do, and yes it does it well. Started off by making Rigatoni. The drawback is that the unit is VERY difficult to clean. The main unit is not submersible, and therefore almost impossible to get clean. The removable plate and auger can be soaked and cleaned, and dishwasher safe .
