Awkward On/Off and Heavy

The on/button on top is a pain to use! Why not have the on/off control in the speed button. Also this hand blender is not for the weak, it’s heavy.

Doesn't work.

It doesn't work, I contacted you to get help, the email I received asking for more info didn't allow a return, so I have a nonworking blender and no resolution.

Multi-purpose kitchen tool

I got the hand blender specifically to help with making soups, so the ingredients could be blended in the cook pot and not have to be transferred to a blender. This is such a useful, helpful function! I have been equally impressed with the attachment for chopping (nuts, garlic, onions, etc) and also the mixing beater.

Great for making soups!

I mainly purchased this product so that I could make soups and not have to transfer to a blender. So far it had been great! The only reason I did not give it a full 5 stars is because if there are chunks bigger than the openings on the side, then they tend to not get chopped up.
