These are the best cookie sheets! The a big and hold a lot of cookies and they're non-stick.

Great Cookie Sheet

I bought this sheet pan because the 17” one was a bit small for my Stromboli. This one is huge and actually fits two! I also used it for a roasted chicken thighs and vegetables recipe that was displayed on its cardboard packaging. It was delicious and the family loved it. I hope it’s lasts through many uses!

Don't buy this.

This was fine for the first maybe half dozen uses. Then the nonstick skin or coating began to bubble up and peel off. I did not exceed oven heat beyond 425 degrees. Now of course I cannot return it because it has been more than 30 days. I called Cuisinart and they had no explanation. They offered to replace the pan, but why would I want another defective pan? Don't buy this one.

We’ll made and fills the oven rack!

I bought this for my homemade granola. I got tired of always needing two pans to fit it all in. This is strong and has a beautiful finish on it. Looks like it will last many years if properly cared for.

Wonderful Quality

These pans are heavy duty and large! You need a full size oven but what a treat to be able to do large batches of cookies in one bake. They seem to be good conductors of heat and bake evenly
