Perfect for my needs!

Was looking for something to streamline my big family breakfasts. This was a perfect addition. I love having the large surface to run multiple things at the same time. Great non-stick, grease edge keeps all the gross out, easy cleaning.

Not happy with this product

Not very satisfied with this griddle after a few uses it went bad it’s rocking on top of the stove

Has flaws

The griddle slopes from the center down to the edges which the oil doesn’t stay centered when cooking. I love the oversized griddle area, but it is not flat. I have to constantly add oil or butter to fry because it pools to the edges immediately.

Love... but

Love my pan I wish it didn't have the dip and was completely flat when making pancakes or French toast I like them to be in the butter too get a crispy edge. Other then that love it.

Don't buy this

Needs replacing too often. The non-stick aspect lasts only for 3-4 months before everything starts sticking again. It's way too expensive to be replacing it this often. This is the third one of these I've had and thought Cuisinart was a good brand. Don't buy this.
