Great product!!

So far, this product operates well. It brews fast and I like the fact that you can get a cup before it finishes brewing. I only wish you could see the water level on the outside, but it is a minor issue.

Disappointing

Well, you asked so I'll share our candid opinion. We had the same Cuisinart 12-cup coffee maker in our Florida home and the dial on the front quit working, so we threw it away. A friend had the same experience. We tried again with the same model at our Hawaii home and the lid wont snap on - falls off unless you hold it in place with your thumb. Disappointing.

Nice, but some design flaws

Nice coffee maker - things I don’t like: no clear window on coffeemaker to see water level. There are some indicators inside, but I’m a short person and can’t see them. Also don’t like top top on the carafe doesn’t lift up - you need to completely remove it.
