We’re very cheap looking & back was minuscule-returned

Disappointed

The earrings arrived missing a back for one of the earrings. The other earring had a rubber back that did not hold up. Unfortunately, one of the earrings was lost within the first hour. Highly disappointed since I could not take them back for a refund.

Poor Quality

These earrings are poor quality. I would advise anyone thinking about buying them to refrain from doing so. The backing (even when used in conjunction with the clear plastic one) falls off. I already lost one. I reached out to Macy's customer service, both in store and online, for some sort of resolution (i.e., a new backing/earring, credit, etc.) to no avail. I've been a long-time Macy's customer, but either way, they should provide a resolution. The purchase was made in September 2024, however the issue took place a couple of months later, so it's past the 30-day return period. At least offer some sort of credit.

already lost one

The back piece was so lo loose I lost one the first day I wore it. So disappointing.

gorgeous but loose

Gorgeous piece of jewelry. Size is perfect - big enough to be noticed. I love it to its entirety. However the back piece to hold the earring on your ears, are very loose (even though I went in-store to get them to tighten it) and I ended up losing one earring on the plane between taking on and off my AirPods. So I had to purchase another set because I loved it so much. Not sure what I’m going to do regarding the ear holders of the new one I get. Bummer. To macys: please make it tighter so people don’t keep losing it. It’s not cheap.
