Bracelet tarnishes quickly.

I bought this as a gift for a friend. She wore it a few times and the bracelet has turned black. The silver look does not last long. We were both very disappointed.

The bracelet keeps coming loose , I’m not sure if that’s how they should be but I have dropped a few times because it’s opens up. Wish I could exchange it
