I ordered this cute necklace with 2 pairs of earrings for my grand-daughter on 02/17/25. The Tracking details said it have been delivered(?) On 03/15/25 I had a CHAT with a Customer Service Rep. She told me that it had been mailed via UPS and UPS does not deliver to Post Offices, and UPS had returned the item to Macy's. The Rep said she could send me another order at the same price with 2-day delivery or she could refund me. I chose to have it shipped to me again with a 2-day delivery. I assumed it would be via Priority mail through the post office. Well, today is 03/25/25; it has been 10 days and still no package! I called Macy's. I really had wanted the jewelry. The Rep checked the second order and said she knew the order had not been delivered. Macy's never sent me notification on either order to let me know what was happening and that they do not send jewelry to P.O. Boxes! This time I picked the refund. Worst customer service ever!
