Where's the Quality Control in Jewelry these days?

The cross looks nice from the front, but is not fully filled in the back. The necklace is extremely tiny. My wife has very small fingers and can't get the tiny circle clasp to attach when trying to put it around her neck. It's way to small! I had to take a larger clasp off of another necklace she has to allow her to get it work. Really? Where's the quality control in jewelry these days? If you can't get the thing on...it's pretty much useless to the public.

Chain is fragile and broke after only wearing once. Horrible purchase for a gift.

Local Macy's Store

I loved being able to go to a local store to actually see the Necklace and to receive personal help from sales rep. Janee was amazing, very knowledgeable, helpful and has such a pleasant presence!!! She was extremely helpful!

Cross is great, chain is really bad

The cross is very nice and delicate, but the chain is just a joke. It broke the second day. Had to order a new one. It’s too thin.
