Quality is not the best
I have had this coffee pot just about a year and the single serve side is burned out I cannot make one cup of coffee. Plus the silver on the coffee pot handle wore off within 2 months

Not worth the money
it did not last but 13 months and the pod side is smoking and burning the coffee. Not easy to operate the settings either. Do not buy this!

Do not buy this brand!
Did not even last the two years under warranty and the company has been giving me the run around. Terrible customer service!

Buyer beware.
Pretty looking but not a good Macy’s product. After two months the pods start to clog The coffee machine causing grinds in your coffee and eventually coffee pot does not turn off and it warped the cover on top. Very disappointed and it wasn’t a cheap product either but after two months I couldn’t return It.

waste of money
the single serve side worked once!!! after the first time, every time i tried to use it, the thing that is supposed to make a whole in the capsule would not go all the ways through and thus water would go everywhere. then i would try to make a whole and then the grounds went everywhere. Carafe side is fine but doesnt know when you dont have the carafe under it and leaks badly.

Get the Cuisinart
After 6 months, the single serve side of the coffee maker no longer works. I wanted to like this, but the quality isn’t there. Not happy to see that I can’t return it either. Will be finding its replacement elsewhere.
