Terrible product

I absolutely can not get this pan clean ! I really dislike the pans and am disappointed in the quality. I did not get any resolution from the company

Great Deal!

I love this baking pan. Made cookies from scratch and used this pan to bake them. Cookies didn't stick onto the pan at all and was for easy to use.

Love the Length of the Pan

Love this copper color baking sheet, perfect size, long enough for spare ribs and perfect for baking cookies. You cant go wrong at this price

What a fantastic pan!

I absolutely love any copper pan or pot so I just had to get this and this one did not disappoint! It was super easy to clean, any left over food just came right off with regular Dawn dish soap. My food did not stick at all and cooked evenly! I’d recommend it to anyone!

Great Baking Sheet Overall

I love the look of the Crux Copper Baking Sheet! It's thinner than some of my other baking sheets, but it doesn't feel cheap. It actually required less baking time than the instructions. Food removes easily from the nonstick surface. Overall, I love this baking sheet, but there were a few cons. On the website I noticed the directions say not to use above 400 degrees, and hand wash only, but it doesn't say that anywhere on the packaging. If I had not read the information online prior to using, I would not have known that. I actually do a lot of baking over 400 degrees, so I can't use this baking sheet for those food items. Also, not a deal breaker, but this baking sheet stains easily. The first thing I made using this baking sheet was chocolate chip cookies, and the chocolate chips left stains on the baking sheet. this certainly doesn't affect the functionality, just the aesthetics.

My favorite Baking sheet

I love this baking sheet. It is really nonstick and very easy to clean. I usually clean it by wiping it down with a sponge and hot water.

GREAT PAN!

I'm comparing this Crux Nonstick Copper 11x17 Baking Sheet to my other "cookie sheets" at home. It's beautiful. Right out of the box, it reminds me of 1960s jello molds that used to line my Mom's soffit in her remodeled kitchen. Being new adds to the "look" but after using it, it appears the "look" is not going away. It cleaned up beautifully. Almost didn't even need soap and water ... just a wipe with a damp, clean rag probably would have sufficed. It's not the thickest cookie sheet ever made, but it certainly doesn't feel cheap either. It didn't "TWANG" in the oven when heating up and it didn't warp. The price is excellent as well. I'd buy more of these. It was made if China if you've got a problem with that.

Great pan, perfect price

Love this pan. I really hate having to uneceasarily use aluminum foil or parchment paper so I’m a huge fan of nonstick pans. The copper makes it look beautiful and it actually does the job — made meat and roasted vegetables on this and the cleanup was so simple, just the lightest swipes of a sponge. The only thing I wish is that the bottom was also copped, not gray/silver.
