Beautiful toaster but not for the long haul

It was great the first year! But the second year it stopped toasting evenly then almost not toasting at all. It was good while it lasted. It looks nice on the counter!

One use and done

I used it once. Just once and the right side lever stopped working. So upsetting and disappointed. I thought it was great looking with the copper accents. The price was fair and the reviews were good. It did not work after one use?

Snail toaster.

Uneven toasting, but not a big deal. But it is slow and take s a while for the toasts to pop out.

Terrible product

after using this product for few months the buttons you press down to toast the bread stopped working, after few weeks, 2 worked and the other 2 will not stay down. I contacted Macy's to replace the product, but they referred me to the manufacture, this was all within the year I bought the item. the Manufacture asked me to take a picture of the serial number and send it to them, took the picture sent it, just for them to tell me that I needed to take a better picture, took another picture sent it, but then the pandemic hit and they have not gotten back to me since. Now am stock with a terrible product.
