Air Fryer

Excellent

This air fryer is exactly what I am looking for in size and built. I like the non stick cooking tray that came with the fryer. My old one is old, and I kept adding air fryer liners in order to use it. Also it’s dishwasher safe. Absolutely genius.

Need watts

Pretty good fryer for the money. 1500 watts a little weaker so cook time and temp are off a little.

Garbage

Worst product, didn’t work at all, code err1 kept coming on 30 seconds after it was started, and the booklet that comes with it does not give any information on codes, didn’t get to even use it before throwing it in the garbage. Couldn’t return it because it was a last time offer. I will not shop at macys anymore because their product quality is terrible. This is not the first product I bought here that was garbage but it is the last

Stopped working after 3 months

I purchased the CRUX air fryer from macy's in february 2025 and on june 4 2025, it stopped working for no apparent reason. The only thing I can do is trash it. I will never buy another CRUX brand product.
