I bought it in November, I don't use it often and after 2 months syrups stopped working.

Not for beginners

If you are new to air fryers this is not the best starter. No helpful instructions or recipes were provided. When I went to the website it only showed a few recipes and mostly was a sales page for Crux products.

It only lasted 1 year and 2 days.

And it wasn't used that much anyway! It died trying to cook a single serving of mini tater tots. The cord was exceptionally HOT, which I mentioned to my husband. Talk about a fire hazard! HORRIBLE AIR FRIER! I would highly recommend STAYING AWAY from this product.

Shipping

Shipping courier not so good. I had my order delivered to my work and it was delivered after we were closed. Amazingly it was still here when I got here this morning but it sat in the rain all night.

Fryer did not Power On

Even though I read some of the bad reviews; I went ahead and bought it. Thinking I’d have better luck. However the fryer did not even power on. Had to return it which was disappointing as I had food that I was ready to cook.
