Christmas Present for my daughter ruined

Received this gift glanced at the cross, and wrapped the gift. Christmas morning my daughter opens the gift and it is tangled beyond untangling! Thanks MACYS!

The pendent is lovely but the chain is very delicate and easy to tangle

Beautiful necklace, breaks quickly!

Necklace broke the next day after gifting it to my son. It broke while we were putting it on him. I went online and saw there were reviews on the necklace breaking. I should have read them prior to purchasing. It was a beautiful necklace, that is why I gave it two stars. Also, Macy's, I understand you work with a jeweler for repairs. If there is a cost to this after just having the necklace break after a day or the necklace breaking for multiple customers that is an issue.

Don’t waste your money!

Cheaply made. I’m glad I purchased it when a huge sale applied. However, if I had see it in person, I wouldn’t have bought it.

chain broke

the chain broke within the hour. the chain is really thin. I haven’t had the chance to get a new thicker chain.
