Great product but horrible customer service

Actual product was great. I ordered and paid for two pairs but only received ONE pair. The customer service reps were less than helpful. I was offered a refund along with a 25% promo code. I was told that it could be used on a new pair of Crocs but Crocs were listed under the exclusions.

Princess crocs

Bought these for my three year old and she loves the lights they are true to size,I wanted to size up but the strap will not adjust to give her the support to walk so make sure you get true size I bought a size toddler 6.

Adorable crocs!
