I usually wear size 9.5 in shoes and always size down to size 8 for flip flops, sandals, slides etc, but even a size 8 was too big. They had nice cushioning but just felt very clumsy because the sizing was too big. Had to return. Good product, but just be aware of the sizing when purchasing.
