Broke within a month of purchase

I purchased this crockpot less than a month ago. I used it only once before it failed to heat up. On my second attempt to use it (this morning), the pot would not heat up. I tried multiple settings, low and high, and even tried using different outlets in my home to no avail - it wouldn't warm up at all. I have a manual crockpot which I've used for more than 15 years. I upgraded because I needed bigger capacity. However, I'm learning that the digital/programmable crockpots are not built to last. In fact, I purchased this model recently to replace another digital/programmable crockpot that did not last beyond 7 months either due to the same issue - it no longer heats up. I love using the crockpot to make my family dinner, but I am beyond frustrated to keep spending money on products that do not last.

No real difference between high and low temp

The high temp is only 15°F higher than the low temp. After 2 hours, low temp was at 190°, and high temp was 205°. Seems as though the low temp cooking does the exact same thing as the high temp. Food is way overcooked cooking on low for 8 hours. Can't even use high temp for short times. Doesn't make sense.

Not safe!

I received this for my bridal shower 2 years ago and since then the lid no longer latches and the crock/stone is peeling! Definitely not safe to use as the paint chips and peels.

Cheap. Won’t last

I bought this crockpot and it only lasted a 2 years. I’ve grown up with the brand name crockpot knowing these typically last for 10+ years. So beyond disappointed with the quality of this and how cheap it is made. The unit no longer heats up and I had to throw away my whole meal.

Cooks too hot

Cooks way too hot and fast, even on low. Then when I put it on the ‘keep warm’ setting it was still boiling. Will be returning it
