These sheets are not soft

I’m so disappointed. I was expecting the sheets to be soft and they are not soft. I tried washing them in hope that would help and it didn’t. I wish I could return them. What I did like is that they are deep pocket sheets.

I love these sheets. Finally something that fits my king, Sleep Number bed. They were a little loose in the beginning. I washed them in hot water and dried them on high heat. That helped a lot. Each time they fit better and better. All the other sheets I've purchased have been so tight and always came untucked. Not these sheets. They feel so good when you get into bed. They always feel fresh. I particularly don't like sheets that break down and feel really soft because to me that feels dirty. I like crisp sheets and that's what they are! I love the corner straps on the fitted sheet also! Gives that extra secure fit! Love the sheets!

Never Received

They kept changing the delivery date and I never got them. This seems to be happening a lot now with Macy's. I don't know who they use now to deliver.
