Great for starters

This machine is great,& easy to use. The only complaint is the Bluetooth is always disconnecting mid cut and sometimes it doesn’t reset without shutting down the app and reconnecting the computer/ app

I would give this 0 stars if possible

This machine has made me want to throw it off if the highest building. I have a small business and I sell stickers. At first the machine worked well then one day it just stopped cutting right. After hundreds of calibrations, software updates, and YouTube hacks nothing helped. They sent me a new one and it did the exact same thing. It won’t even cut vinyl right. Save your money please!! It is not worth the headache.
