Don’t Be Fooled

Item does not work with a case on the phone, when they have item on sale they don’t say it’s non returnable unless you look ahead to their “return” policy, this company is all for selling you inferior product just to leave you stuck with it. Save your money and buy something else.

Does not charge well, would not recommend.

As soon as we got this we were very excited. It does not charge well at all. It would not charge our phone or even our airpods through their cases. We have to take our products out of the case to get them to charge. Would not recommend this product as it is not functional.

Not compatable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not effective, my husband has to take phone case off to charge every night. His phone case has the round circle charger, which should connect to charge, but does not. Disappointed in the product.

Nice while it lasted!

My husband gifted the catch:3 for me for Christmas in 2021. It worked fine for a couple years with my iPhone 13 but suddenly stopped working 2 years later outside its warranty window. At least it “doubles as decor” because that is all it can do now.

Nice Looking, Didn't Last

It was a beautiful product and looks nice on the dresser. Finding the charge point is incredibly difficult on it as it requires millimeter adjustments to get it where you phone lights up and starts charging. That was always a bit frustrating. The biggest disappointment is that inside of 2 years, the charger has given out. They only have a one year warranty. For that reason I wouldn't purchase again.
