Poor service

Had a terrible experience with the lady at the counter. I told her she rang up too many items, she insisted it was because of the coupon, only to check once I paid on receipt,that she charged me twice for the jeans and I had to be refunded

LOVED!!! My first cotton on jeans and no regrets!!

The only size I could find online was a size 18. I bought one and had it taylored to a size 14. Cost me a fortune but I love it.
