Nothing special

Typical sheets, nothing special, especially for the price. Honestly, you could get similar sheets for much cheaper at TJMAXX or Marshall’s.

Poor customer service

I purchased an item as a gift in December and returned my item in January. It has been over a month and 2 calls to customer service and i have still not been refunded. Macys has confirmed the item has been returned. They have told me 2 times i am to wait 5 days (each time) for the seller to respond. I didnt even realize Macys does 3rd party selling. Not happy witht he way this is being handled. In 5 days they will call me with a tesilution and then they recommend i call my back to dispute the charge. I wont be ordering from Macy's again. Too much hassle

Great so far

Got these in purple for twin XL, they are super soft and have a velvety quality to them. Feel higher quality than even a high thread count cotton sheet, and they are cooling if you’re into that. We’ll see how durable they are in the long run, but so far so good. I appreciate the color selection too!
