Abysmal return policy

Don’t buy furniture from Macy’s -

bed review

this is a gorgeous piece to have for spare guest, but the instructions and labeling needs work. I spent 3 days trying to put this together with multiple people. ridiculous we can't add stickers to show what piece is what.
